Romualdas Vinkovskis

I was interested in massage and manual therapy quite early. I started my massage practice in 2000. Then I qualified as a classical and sports massage therapist and started working as a sports massage therapist for the Lithuanian Football Federation. I worked with football teams for several years, mixing sports and classical massage techniques in my practical work.

I have completed my medical degree and became an anaesthetist in intensive care and resuscitation in 2010, where I worked for several years.

I completed the theoretical and practical training in Manual Therapy and Postisometric Relaxation in 2011.

I set up a wellness centre „Visanum“ in 2012, where I consult clients and help them overcome not only back pain but also other problems related to the musculoskeletal system. I also practise Yumeiho therapy.

I qualified as a Yumeiho therapist in 2014 and became a certified Yumeiho therapist (5th Dan) at the European Yumeiho Institute, located in Poland. The diploma is bilingual (English and Japanese) and is therefore recognised all over the world. Yumeiho is a unique therapeutic system developed by Japanese master Dr. Saionji Masayuki. Since 2015 I am the official representative of Yumeiho therapy in Lithuania.

From 2015 to 2022 I organised Yumeiho Therapy trainings in Lithuania. I was assisted by a Yumeiho teacher PhD Maciej Dluski, who has completed his 7th Dan.

I successfully passed the 5th Dan exam at the Yumeiho Therapy Institute in 2023 in Japan. I obtained the degree of teacher (Sensei), the privilege to teach Yumeiho Therapy and to examine students who are interested in the Yumeiho therapy. I am also a member of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM).

My goal is to give the patient back the ability to live a pain-free life. A healthy person is a happy person. Each case is unique and I always try to take into account the individual needs, physical condition and current state of well-being of the patient, which is why the duration, strategy and recommendations are individual.
